💗 MILES & SMILES – EVERY PACE, EVERY PERSON, ONE FAMILY! 🏃🏽‍♂️🚶🏽‍♀️ Whether you’re a slow walker, competitive speed walker, jogger, or dedicated runner, there’s a place for YOU at Miles & Smiles! Whether you’re training for your next marathon, chasing a personal best, or simply finding the courage to get off the couch and take your very first step, we welcome you with open arms. We’re building more than just a running club; we’re creating a family that encourages, supports, and motivates one another to stay disciplined, remain consistent, and embrace a healthier lifestyle. It’s not about who’s the fastest or who finishes first; it’s about moving together, growing together, and celebrating every milestone along the way. 🩷 This Sunday, October 18th, at 5:30 AM, join us at Harbour Bay as we proudly support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We encourage everyone to wear a shade of pink as we walk and run to raise awareness, honor survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and stand with those still fighting. Bring a friend, bring your family, and most importantly, bring a positive spirit. All fitness levels are welcome, and participation is FREE! 💕 “Come for the Miles, Stay for the Smiles.”

Back at it again! Another race, another step closer to the #NYCMarathon. Today the @milestonerunclub showed up to help support the message. I’m running the NYC Marathon for March of Dimes, and I’m still working toward my $5,000 charity goal. If you’ve been following the journey, I’d love your support. Every donation helps. Link in bio to donate. #nicumom
