Hello All,

Let’s do Mimosas N’ Braids
On a good Sunday 🙂🙂

PLEASE READ ALL:

My name is Denicia Phillips and I am the owner of Scissors N Soul Hair Salon LLC. I have been a braider for 33 years I love mentoring and coaching the foundation of braiding.

Knotless Braids Vs Box Braids

Knotless braids are box braids installed using a different technique to lessen scalp tension and create a more natural look. This braided hairstyle will begin at the root just like regular box braids but will start with your natural hair, then eventually feed in the hair extension as the braid continues.

Knot braids are traditional box braids that have a knot at the root of the scalp. The knot is used to secure the synthetic hair to your root before beginning the braid.
