When you get the call to plan a party for the one & only Bay Area Baby Legend Junie Ma and her brother Matthew… you MAKE IT HAPPEN! 🎀🦖✨

Mom came to me with 3 challenges:
✨ The party was in TWO WEEKS
✨ Two completely different themes
✨ And she wanted it at a park

Oh, and it was the SAME weekend as MEGA Homecoming and another event. 😩😂 Was I exhausted? YES. Did I get it done? ALSO YES!

Junie wanted a Baby Doll Tea Party 🫖🎀 and Matthew wanted DINOSAURS 🦖. My goal was to make both sides feel equally special and detailed while still flowing together as one party.

And because you can’t exactly buy a Baby Doll Tea Party off the shelf, so much of this had to be custom designed and sourced!

The girls went home with baby dolls + diaper bags filled with bottles, diapers and doll outfits. 🎀 The boys received dinosaur explorer kits with 3 dinosaur eggs, binoculars, magnifying glasses and custom excavation tools. 🦖🔎

We rented a tent to protect everything outdoors while still keeping the open-air park feel, and with only two weeks to prepare, delivery services and convenience were my BEST FRIENDS. 😂 I designed the invitation almost immediately so Mom could get it out, then it was GO TIME!

All while working full-time, coaching cheer and preparing for Homecoming. Sleep was nice to have 😂 but when there’s a vision, I want to EXECUTE!

One of the coolest parts? They even filmed part of Junie’s music video at the party! 🎥🎶 You’ll see a sneak peek in this video. Give her a follow if you have a little one who loves fun, positive and motivating music!

Mom also booked my daughter for face painting 🎨💕 and she did her thing! Make sure you check her out and book her for your next event too.

POV: You’re the Cheer Director AND the balloon lady aka the Magic Maker… so of course Homecoming had to be a whole production 😂🤠🎈

MEGA Homecoming • SZN 6 ❤️💙

This one felt a little different. 🥹

Between coaching, planning, decorating, making sure the girls were spoiled, and somehow finding time to throw on my cowboy boots and take a few pictures 😂… ya girl was BUSY and running on 0 hours of sleep. But this Homecoming was about more than putting together another beautiful experience.

If you look closely at my jersey, you’ll see my son through the years. ❤️

I made it myself and wanted to highlight his journey with MEGA. He started with us as a little 8-year-old in Season 1, and now here we are in Season 6, his final season. 🥺

It’s honestly hard to believe that this was his last MEGA Homecoming.

I’ve spent six seasons pouring into this organization, our athletes, our families and our experiences, but at the center of so many of these memories has been my own baby growing up right alongside MEGA. From that little 8-year-old to the young man he is today… whew. 😭❤️

So this year, it was important for me to stop for a second and capture the moment with him. Because one day the practices, games, Homecomings and long weekends will all be memories.

And I’m just grateful that through every season, I’ve been able to make a little magic along the way. ✨

Thank you to our coaches, team moms, parents, volunteers and everyone who helped make Homecoming special for our athletes. It truly takes a village, and ours SHOWED UP. ❤️💙

8 years old ➡️ 14 years old.

Some celebrations are bigger than the décor. 🌿🩷✨

My niece’s Sweet 16 Enchanted Garden was planned and executed in less than two months, and when I tell you every single dollar was budgeted down to the dime… whew. 😮‍💨 But her mama had a vision, a plan, and the determination to make it happen.

She designed the party, created all of the custom merch and details, and put so much love, sacrifice, time, and energy into giving her daughter the celebration she deserved. Then the Dream Team stepped in to help bring that vision to life. 💕

Between myself, @justeventsbyjess and the rest of the family, there was no question! We're her aunties, we’re her people, and we were going ABOVE AND BEYOND for our girl. Because she truly is that amazing and that deserving. 🥹

The vision: an enchanted garden filled with sage green, soft pink, touches of purple, florals, draping and all the dreamy details. 🌸🌿💜

The reality: 14+ HOURS OF SETUP. 😂 And if you watch closely… yes, you may or may not catch me taking an unexpected trip to the floor. 😭😂 Anything for the content, right?

And can we talk about the FABRIC?! We did sooo much draping and were able to source fabric for $1 A YARD from @fabricplugla in Los Angeles. 🙌🏽 A budget-friendly party win if I’ve ever seen one!

This weekend was such a reminder that you don’t have to have an unlimited budget to create something beautiful. You need a vision, creativity, people willing to WORK, and a team that believes in making it happen.

When the Dream Team comes together, anything is possible. ✨

Happy Sweet 16 to our beautiful girl. Watching everyone pour so much love into celebrating you was the best part of it all. 💕🌿

Last night we celebrated the EPIC birthday of David ! Where the heavy them of David Speakeasy was thrown by his wife Timarla of @blew_it_balloons ! This night went up in flames! A definite High Level Vibe . Happy Birthday David. Thank you for having a full package and letting us orchestrate your dance floor all night long. Our lighting looked amazing throughout the venue and the Photobooth area was almost like a second dance floor. Also a huge shot out to @endzwitdalenz because I know he was making a movie last night. @dave_from_da_p the All New eventually space by @n10tionales Is a must have for your space ! The whole place looked Platinums!
