A few years ago, our bride, Brittan, messaged us “I can’t wait for yall to plan my wedding!” And so when Walker popped the question, we were so excited to get started! From day one, these two families have been an absolute dream to work with, and somewhere along the way, they became dear friends. When the forecast took a turn, there was nothing we wanted more than to give them the celebration they had been dreaming of. While you may see the beautiful design details, we see the countless hours, behind-the-scenes logistics, additional labor, quick decisions, and an incredible vendor team who worked tirelessly to bring it all together. We moved everything up by one day, which is NO simple task for a team of 30+ vendors. As much as we love creating beautiful spaces, the heart of what we do has always been taking care of our clients. The design is what you see, but the care, preparation, and people behind it are what make it all possible and why we do this AND exactly why we MADE this PIVOT HAPPEN. Cheers to the Joneses and their unexpectedly new anniversary, 10.09.2026 instead of 10.10.2026! 🤍 Event Production & Design: @kaseyschafferevents Venue: Private Property | Decatur, AL Photography: @tiffkennedyphoto Cinema: @blgcinema Content: @afterglowsocialco Floral Designer: @bucketsandblooms Draping, Custom Bar & Lounge: @mountainlakeseventrentals Tent, Lighting & Rentals: @partyprosusa Specialty Rentals: @prophousebirmingham Dance Floor: @inkhousebirmingham Linens: @whitedoorevent @bbjlatavola @favourlinens @reverie_social Decorative Accents: @refinedrentalshsv Custom Artwork & Stationery: @storiedstationery Cake: @batter_up_cake Catering & Bar: Sally Stockton Custom Satellite Bars: @baileynnation Transportation: @raretransportation Entertainment: @musicgardenbands HAMU: @maggiehodges8

We celebrated Mary Grace & Batts right here at home in Huntsville, Alabama. We wanted to create an environment for their friends and family to come together and stay a while. Lounge groupings were tucked into each corner, drinks were passed upon guest arrival and there was interactive live jazz music throughout the night 🎷 Guests did not want to leave! The home speaks for itself, so we did not want our design to overpower that. We wanted it to feel as if it was supposed to be there. The layered blues and a few pops of green were just yummy in this space! When weather forced a last-minute pivot, our incredible vendor team rallied! Tent, drape, lighting, furniture, all in under 24 hours, while keeping pieces of Plan A intact. So grateful for clients who trust us to do our jobs and equally grateful to our vendor team who showed up and showed OUT! It made for the most beautiful night. Cheers to the future Parker’s! 🍾 Planning & Design: @kaseyschafferevents Venue: Private Estate Photography: @perryhancockphoto Cinema: @blgcinema Tent, Draping, Lighting & Rentals: @mountainlakeseventrentals Specialty Lounge & Decor Accents: @refinedrentalshsv Specialty Rentals & Custom Builds: @prophousebirmingham Linens: @bbjlatavola Stationery: @soireesignatures Entertainment: @ualreadyknow755 Floral Design: @bucketsandblooms Catering & Bar: Narvell’s Cake: Patrick Martin Glassware: @rentalallneedz

A moment Julia and her father will never forget. ❤️ The Mother of the Bride had been holding onto a very special recording for years, waiting for the perfect moment to share it. During Julia’s father-daughter dance, as the band played their song, the recording unexpectedly began playing. The surprise on Julia and her father’s faces said it all. It was an incredibly thoughtful and emotional gift from her mom that made an already special moment even more unforgettable.
