Most egy picit benneteket is beengedlek ebbe a világba, és megmutatok néhány kedves pillanatot. Mert a színpad mellett ezekből a percekből töltődik igazán a szívem. ❤️

Olvasni jó. Talán az egyik legjobb dolog a világon. 📖❤️

a papír ropogását lapozás közben,

Why should we work on our #mobility ❓🏋🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️ Save, Comment, Like and share with your best friends 🫂

As children, we instinctively possess the freedom of movement our bodies were designed for. We squat, climb, turn, crawl and run, naturally using the full range of motion of our joints as we play.

Then, around the age of seven, we sit down at a school desk.

Over the years, we spend more and more time sitting, while having fewer opportunities to move in varied ways. But our freedom of movement does not disappear overnight. Our bodies gradually adapt to what we do regularly - and also to what we stop doing.

With the new school year approaching, I started thinking about how often I hear parents complain about the number of physical education classes or compulsory sports activities. Of course, it is understandable that with busy schedules, homework and extracurricular activities, every additional commitment can sometimes feel like too much.

But perhaps it is worth looking at it from another perspective.

Those hours spent moving can help give back some of what prolonged sitting slowly takes away, day after day. Physical education is not simply another school subject. It is an opportunity for children to preserve their movement skills, body awareness and natural need to be active.

As parents, we have a responsibility to guide them in the right direction. But what happens when we no longer move as freely as we once did?

Mobility is not simply flexibility. It is the ability to use the available range of motion in our joints with control, strength and confidence.

And it can also become something joyful that we do together. You do not have to choose between caring for yourself and supporting your child’s development. While you rebuild your own freedom of movement, your child receives an example that may stay with them for life.Work on your movement today so that later you can still rise from the floor with ease. So that you can go hiking. So that you can play with your grandchildren. So that you do not have to watch life from a chair, but can continue to take an active part in it. #mobilitychallenge
