What a great night celebrating 10 years of Dead By Daylight with Ark/8. So fun getting to see that so many VO friends survived! Especially @the.ray.porter 🫶!

I’m so lucky to be a part of this universe and so grateful to @behaviour_interactive and @blindlightofficial for forcing this scaredy cat to make it through... though there were a few meat hooks along the way 😬.

Have you played as Aestri Yazar? Hope my blood curdling scream is everything you hoped for 😈.

This year, Bo from @blindlightofficial and Scott from @keywordssoundlab are joining three @gamesoundcon sessions, covering some of the conversations shaping game audio right now.

Here’s where you’ll find them 👇️

And because GameSoundCon offers online-only passes, you can tune in from pretty much anywhere.

If one of these topics is on your radar too, we’d love to see you there, whether that’s in Burbank, California or online.

🎵 Huge shoutout to the 34 talented and dedicated students from the Inglewood Music and Arts Program who recently visited our Keywords facilities in Burbank, CA!

🎧 Our team had an amazing time introducing these creative minds to the world of game audio and post-production sound roles. The students got a firsthand look at and participated in the creation of Foley on a Foley stage, music composition, score recording and contracting, sound design and implementation, voice-over, casting and recording, seeing exactly how sound comes to life in games and media.

The @gameaudionetworkguild (G.A.N.G.) generously co-sponsored lunch for all!! THANK YOU G.A.N.G.!

Thank you to John Acosta from AFM Local 47 for introducing us to Aba Ngissah, Director of the Inglewood Music and Arts Program, who does such a remarkable job with her students. Special thanks to composer and audio director, Stephen Rippy, who flew in from Dallas to share his talents and experiences. We are grateful for the contributions of actor, Andrew Kishino, audio director, Jason Wolford, session contractor, Keith Wilson, sr. sound designer, Jordan Harmon, and composer, Austin Wintory, for taking time out to inspire these worthy students. Much appreciation to Westwind Media and Foley artist Laura Macias. Visiting the Foley stage and having an opportunity to get their hands dirty walking some Foley was truly a highlight for the students. To all the staff members at Blindlight, Sound Lab, and Keywords LA., nicely done!!

The future of audio is incredibly bright with this next generation of talent! Thank you for bringing your energy and passion to our studio. ✨

There are no shortcuts when working with AI under the SAG-AFTRA Interactive contract. In this quick video, Bo Crutcher shares some things studios need to keep in mind.

Bo leads our team at @blindlightofficial, which negotiated the SAG-AFTRA Interactive AI contract. He advises studios on Hollywood and interactive media, from contract negotiations to guide implementations when working with celebrities in the US.

Want to talk through what this means for your production? Get in touch with Bo on LinkedIn.
