Yesterday was an absolute blast!! 💥

It was so lovely seeing everyone, whether it was someone new or all the familiar faces that popped in to say hi! 😁

💜 This market was a product of love and community support. I put so many hours into organising this fabulous event but it wouldn't be such a success without the continued support from everyone in the pride community and general Wollongong community. Everyone sharing the event, excitedly talking about it to one another or just actually rocking up on the day! 💜

It was a big achievement for me from a professional point of view, as it was the biggest market I have run to date! With 19 stall holders including one food truck, it was lovely to see everyone fit in but still with room to move around and enjoy the atmosphere 🥰🌈

Expanding my circle and getting to enjoy even more moving stories from everyone is such a fantastic experience. Bringing not only Wollongong's queer community together but people who traveled to come along for the day!

I also raised money for @muayid._.family in Palestine by selling watermelon earrings that I will be donating 🍉

Thank you Lord Mayor @lordmayortaniabrown for coming along and supporting the day.

Once again thank you so much to absolutely everyone involved and thank you to all the stall holders for being a pleasure to work with!

Go give them a follow and support their creative endeavours: @monsterbloodclub @ivys_artyheart @fortheluvof_dexter @nathalie_the_pisces @teaandgather @sashartz_ @blindluckintuitive @ghouleyezz @artsofted @opheliatarotillawarra @avim_alec_designs @dianezaharisart @nayas_arts_and_crafts @rainbowsouthcoast @_wonderboba and the supportive food vendors @mojopiconau & @omgdonuts.illawarra !!!!

I did something I never thought I’d ever have the skill to do… I entered myself into a photography exhibition!! It was so nerve-racking but I actually did it.
Thank you so much @projectartspace for hosting my work (if you’d like to see more it’s at @blindluckphotography)!! I got to promote myself and my work in front of everyone and really got to get my story and why I do what I do out there for people to see for themselves. It’s been such a fantastic opportunity and I’m so glad I put myself out there. Thank you to everyone who came from far and wide to support me and those who called/texted to wish me luck!! If you’d still like to see it it’s on until the 7th of august in Project Contemporary Artspace in Wollongong!
