A LITTLE MESSAGE FOR YOU! __ Stop looking for the next new thing that’s going to make you beautiful, happy, better. (Yes, I truly believe in continuous growth and refraining from being stagnant, but that’s not what I am referring to here). __ Take a step back, turn towards the mirror and take it all in. YOU are unique and beautiful in ALL of YOUR OWN WAYS. - Be you! - Be original! - Be free from letting society tell you what is wrong with yourself! __ I AM silly and quirky and laugh at goofy humor. I AM a dreamer and a go-getter. I AM usually reserved until I get to warm up to you. I AM only 5’4….all about angles baby. I LOVE and appreciate those who are genuine. I LOVE being able to give and help without expecting a return. I OFTEN overcommit and am overly ambitious. I OFTEN speak too loud and too fast. I HAVE curly hair and freckles. __ Although there are a number of characteristics about myself that I personally dislike, there are many others that I love and believe keep me going resulting in many of my successes, happiness and satisfation. This is me and it’s all good! __ Remember this, there are some people who you won’t fit well with and simply won’t be their “cup of tea”, but it’s all about finding YOUR tribe and those people are going to love and appreciate you for who you are, quirkiness and all.

BE A GOOD PERSON (It’s not that hard), BE CONSISTENT (Consistency is key) ENCOURAGE OTHERS (There’s room for us all to be successful) EXERT POSITIVITY (You get back what you put out, remember that) DON’T GOSSIP (I know we all do it occasionally, but catch yourself & check yourself). __ and

You have goals and dreams, whether big or small, DON’T OVERTHINK THEM!!! Stop thinking so hard about all the details. If your idea / plan feels right, just go with the flow and grow with it. __ YES, you may make mistakes and things may go wrong, it’s life. __ However, the fact that you made the 1st, 2nd, etc moves towards your goal, you are now that much closer to your end result in mind. __ If you continue dwelling on the idea, but too nervous to make a mistake along the way, and therefore never begin, you will be in the same place 5+ years from now wondering, “what if”. __ |Photo credit: @joe_nycre |

I can’t begin to share how many times I have met or spoken to someone who shares their dream or idea with me, but they don’t have the audacity to pursue it. People too often talk themselves out of their own dreams before they even give it a try, or do give their dream a shot but fail once or twice and call it quits. __ Often when I get to speaking to them about why don’t they give their dream a shot, I get all the reasons their idea wouldn’t work. All the feedback and doubt they have been feed by so called friends and even family members. No dream is too small; have faith in yourself and believe in your capability to succeed. Don’t get caught up in #otherpeoplesopinions, even better, you don’t even need to share your goals and dreams with them. Go out and do YOU! __ Big or small, what is a goal you have been longing for?
