I am so excited to officially invite you all to The Real Spill!🖤

Creating spaces where people can show up as themselves, feel seen, build genuine connections, and have meaningful conversations has always been something close to my heart. I believe wellness is not just about taking care of ourselves individually, but also about the communities we build and the ways we show up for one another.

That is why I am so grateful to have the opportunity to present and facilitate The Real Spill, a wellness and conversation series dedicated to nurturing Black innovators through intentional dialogue, reflection, and community.

Whether you are looking for a space to pause, connect with others, share your experiences, or simply pour back into yourself, you are welcome here!

I am especially grateful for the support of @blkspill and @comebeewellhouse_htx , who are sponsoring this series and helping bring this vision to life.

The Real Spill is presented and facilitated by me, sponsored by BLKspill and Come Bee Well House, and funded in part by the City of Houston through the Houston Arts Alliance.

I cannot wait to welcome you into this space. I hope to see you there! 🖤

RSVP through the link in my bio or visit BLKspill.com!

🐝 OCTOBER FLOW IS FLOWIN’! 🍂

Our October calendar is here, Homies, and this month we’re making room for meditation, vibration, collaboration… and REST.

Now, before somebody zooms in and asks, “Mrs. Bee, where are October 15–21?!” 😂

That week is officially Founder’s Fall Break.

And 10/18 is doing a LOT this year:

🎂 It’s the Founder’s birthday.
🐝 It also marks SIX YEARS of Come Bee Enterprises.
🗽 She’s headed to NYC for Parsons Family Weekend to see her son because whew… she misses that boy.
✈️ Then there mayyyyy be a little secret birthday trip to an infamous part of the world. Stay tuned. 👀
🧘🏾‍♀️ And yes, we’re plotting a LIVE remote meditation from the journey.

But most importantly, we’re practicing what we teach.

The House Guides are getting the week off, too. @kamranassadi @goddessglowbirthing @jewelzoflight_1 @holisticexpectations

No classes. No squeezing things in. No pretending rest is something we only prescribe to other people.

We’re going to restore, regulate, celebrate, explore and power back up for our next sprint…

Actually, scratch that.

Our next SIGH. 😮‍💨

Because that sounds much more like us.

Before and after Fall Break, October Flow is FULL:

🍯 Our regular Guided, Sound, Somatic + Vibroacoustic Meditation experiences
🏡 Small Group Saturday openings for your private crew
🏞️ Community building at Rhythm of our Roots with @thehealingportalcollective at Garver Park with the Buffalo Bayou Partnership
🖤 A healing conversation collaboration with @blkspill (Registration opens 10/15)
🎨 Meet the Artist of the newest gallery installment of the Healing Art Portal with @boiielectric curated by @roxywuzhereart (invite only, check your email homie)

So take a look at the calendar, find where you fit into the Flow, and get on the books.

And if you’ve been saying, “I need to come over there…”

October sounds like a good month to stop saying it. 😉

📍 Come Bee Well House | Third Ward, Houston

Come for the meditation. Come for the vibration. Come for the community. Come exhale with us. 🐝

Family day in the park coordinated by @coolxdad @forthepeople.community @blkspill and @thegoodloungeorg brought friends and family to enjoy the sun (and some rain). Explored local vendors with green juice, sea moss lemonade, head spa, and a masseuse. Games, food and a line dance class filled the day. Local communities are vital with a wealth of knowledge and resources to add to the quality of life, so we can live life fully. Follow them and look out for more events from these organizations. Shop small, support local.

CoolxFamily over everything!!

We’ve always understood one thing. If we don’t take care of ours, nobody will.

That mindset isn’t new… it’s how we built this. Every move, every drop, every moment rooted in showing up for our people and creating something that feels like us.

So this one right here? It’s more than a release. It’s an invitation.

For those who’ve been tapped in… and for those who are just now finding their way, welcome to the family!!
