The Dirty South Yoga Fest team put on an amazing event centered around yoga and community. It was a joy filled day. We're grateful for their hard work and to be included in the whole event ♥️

I was honored to share an accessible chair yoga class at the fest to demonstrate how we can experience the full benefits of a yoga practice while seated in a chair. Thx for the video footage @_simplykiah 💙

Also, TLC Yoga had a booth where we made new friends and supporters. Some festival goers were moved to tears after hearing about the work TLC Yoga is doing around Atlanta. 💚

TLC Yoga community member Eric was a huge help and it was awesome to share this special event with him. 💛

We can't wait to keep on growing in community with you, Atlanta and DSYF! 💜

yoga was never just about the poses.

sure, maybe it started with wanting to touch your toes. but somewhere between the breath, the stillness, and the moment you stopped being hard on yourself, it became something so much bigger.

it’s the way you show up, the way you speak to yourself, the way you move through the world. the mat is just where it starts. ✨

so tell us 👇 why did you first come to yoga? and why do you still show up? 🩵
