So one of the complaints at watch fairs is that they lighting is horrible. So it make it hard to get clean pictures of the watches. And i must say it take me a lot of tries sometimes to get a good pic. But as we was strolling around @the_hype_nyc we came across Andrew of @cardinalaperture . He was displaying his prototype of his lighting system that will help you take great watch photos. I will say i am looking forward to the day that everyone will be using these lights🙌🙌 #watchcommunity #prototype #lightingdesign #watchphotographer #watchphotos

Throwback Thursday... This is the day I like to look at my "Mywatchlifestyle Journey" of people places & Watches. Last week I had a chance to go to a event held at @bucherer. And it was hosted by Elevate Series and Special guest host @officialcptime . It was a great Conversation with collectors and Enthusiast. And I must say it was a Rolex event and people came out with the Show Stoppers watches it was like a mini "Rollie Fest" check it out ⌚️ #watchcommunity #rolexwrist #bucherer #watchenthusiast #watchcollectors

At the @phillywatchfair, I stopped by @blkwhiser to speak with designer Ertell M. Whigham III, and I was glad to see bracelets in the mix.

A great bracelet can look just as good stacked alongside a watch as it does worn on its own, and Ertell walked me through BLKWHISER’s range of handmade designs and rare materials.

Because the wrist doesn’t have to be all about the watch. 👀⌚️💎

Ertell, take it away.

What surprised Ertell M. Whigham III most in Philadelphia? People were ready for something different.

At the @phillywatchfair, the BLKWHISER designer talked about the response to his distinctive approach to beaded bracelets, and how conversations with attendees gave him an opportunity to explain what sets his work apart.

And next? He’s responding directly to what people have been asking for: smaller 6.6–8 mm beads designed with stacking in mind, expected before Christmas.

Because the wrist doesn’t have to be all about the watch. 👀⌚️

Ertell, take it away.
