Bringing back the golden era? 🤔😮‍💨 @fred.jpegs 🔥

Massive thanks to @fred.jpegs for hooking me up with a photoshoot at this condition. Absolute gent and good friend of mine and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a shoot done 🙌

Thanks to my gym @blocbray for letting us use their space, savage looking gym and definitely added to the aesthetics 👀

June started her fitness journey @blocbray & worked with our Personal Trainer @kbb_coach to build her confidence & learn how to use all the equipment.
Roll on 8 months & shes stronger than ever! Shes able to follow her personalised program with confidence & feels safe & supported here in the gym which is so important.

You’ll likely see her dead hanging, deadlifting, squatting, leg pressing & working on her push ups - she’s an inspiration to us all & always up for a challenge. What a transformation she’s had, from being terrified to start, to now - there’s no stopping her!

We love you June! 💪🏻

The feedback for Foundation Fitness group teen class has been amazing. All our members are having a blast and making serious progression. Due to our class being full, we will be taking on teens for 1 on 1 sessions outside of class times. Whether you have a spot in the class or not, drop us a message and we will get you in for some 1 on 1 training 🙌

A fresh setup of stock tank ice baths delivered for @blocbray gym + sauna space. Nothing better than the hot/cold recovery combo after a hard session.

Built simple. Built tough. Ready for recovery.
