Bright Tangerine has made one of the best bridge plate systems. Since it sideloads arri dovetails,
It can go right to handheld and access the shoulder pad which is blocked by the dovetail.
I appreciate the time it saves when popping off the tripod.
Have you tried it?

Working in sub zero temperature brings a fresh set of challenges for the equipment. Batteries drain faster, and they do not charge below a certain temperature. Monitors start to become sluggish as the crystals start to freeze. Cameras may shutdown or not be able to write to the card as fast. The head becomes stiff and hard to operate smoothly. These are some of the exciting new challenges you will find in sub zero environments. Here are a few tips to help...

Welcome to episode 18 of Handheld Hacks! In this episode we explore the Mantis and its huge boom range! It also makes for one of my favorite low angle handheld setups. Also seen in this one is the Pyro 5 monitor and the Dzo Vespid retros!

Playing music on film sets is normally a bad idea. From annoying the sound department to disturbing the location, the @hollyland.na Solidcoms can allow you to broadcast a song to your team, Silently! Here you can see us breaking down a recent studio project where we used 3 @therobocup to organize our gear and drinks.

🎬 New Xfinity Promo x Suits LA – @ardigitalcinema !⚡ 📺

We had the pleasure of supporting a sleek new promo for Xfinity, tied to the upcoming NBC
series Suits LA—and this one brought serious style to the screen.

The visual finesse comes courtesy of the super talented Cinematographer Byron Shah
@byronoffsky , with rock-solid focus and camera support from the one and only 1st AC Shane Carlson @shanecarlson222 . Steadicam and Trinity camera work was flawlessly executed by Ari Robbins @steadijew , adding signature movement and flow to the final look. Top-tier work from a top-tier team!

Shot on the ARRI Alexa 35, using a dynamic mix of ARRI Master Primes and the Angenieux EZ-2 S35 15–40mm T2 Zoom, the look is bold, clean, and cinematic from edge to edge. 🎥 ✨

We’re proud to play a part in bringing the world of Suits LA to life—can’t wait for everyone to see it!
