Last weekend, I was in the car with a wonderful person who sang along to a song that always bring back a treasured memory with her sister.

Her story behind it made me tear up… in a good way. It is a powerful reminder of how a small, simple gesture can impact someone’s life for the better.

With that song playing in the background, she will carry those wholesome memories with her forever and her sister wouldn’t know how much it meant to her. 🤍

As someone who likes to self reflect a lot and as an empath, I often find myself crying over small moments out of sheer appreciation or really, any emotion that comes my way.

Coming across a post recently made me pause, sit with those feelings and reflect on life. ✨

We are always rushing around and being on the go 24/7. Sometimes, it is nice to just step back and feel deeply based on what we have been through. As well as give ourselves credit for it.

After 2 years away… I’m finally back. 👊
