WJC 2026:

The man that I first met to the man I know now is the same but different. The same in the aspect of his personality being a dad figure and goofy. Different in the way of how he carries himself with his wife, his family and as an athlete.

I am blessed to know both versions of this man because he is one of the rare ones who will always crack a joke when needed or be serious when the time comes.

We had a few hiccups this prep which is okay because we beat our precious self that’s for damn sure. With a 15lb weight difference between 2025-2026 and obvious growth with adding in a new division we exceeded my expectations.

We will still be doing both categories for the foreseeable future but Men’s Physique with how big his back is, is definitely knocking on the door.

I’ve said it plenty of times but again I am proud of my brother and I am proud to call him and his wife family.

We are not done yet.

THANK YOU for an incredible 2026 season! Another year in the books and it just keeps getting better.

Thank you to the athletes who made the shows incredible, to our wonderful staff who put in so much time and love into these shows, and to all the friends and family who came out to support your athletes. We will never be able to explain how much it means to us that you continuously choose WJ Productions and give your all to showing up on that stage.

We can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🩷 OFFICAL dates of 2027 shows coming soon!

With love, your WJ productions team @whitneyjones_ifbbpro @emileeparadis 🥰

I’m so incredibly proud of this routine! 🥹 So much hard work went into it and my goal for this show was simple: bring a better routine to the stage. I did just that! Still plenty to improve on, but I’m so proud of what I put up.

I thought my story was already written. 💗

Stay-at-home mom. Stretch marks. A C-section belly.

I almost died giving birth to my last child. I thought surviving that was the whole story.

Then I stepped onto this stage.

And everything I was afraid of started to shake.
The job I wanted but was too scared to chase? I went after it.

The toxic people I kept making room for? I closed the door.

The fear that kept me small? I walked straight through it.

Bodybuilding didn’t just carve muscle. It forged a spine.
It gave me a voice.
It showed me a courage no mirror can measure.
I came close to losing everything. Now I’m standing under the lights, unafraid.

I didn’t just rise to the occasion. I became the occasion.

Strong isn’t only what you lift. It’s what you refuse to carry anymore.

It made me. Flaws and all. 🎀

Your next chapter is waiting. Follow me, so I can cheer you on

Stage photos came in and all I’m going to say is damn I have grown so much since last show!! Did I come in as conditioned as possible no but if you know what this prep entailed outside of just prep I grantee you most people wouldn’t even do a show. But at the end of the day none of this is possible without my #1 supporter @ryon_gurl thank you for everything my love. Even protecting me while I slept back stage so no one stepped on me. Just know I’m forever grateful to you and love you with all my heart.

Start of prep I was 252lbs stage weight was 221lbs 31lbs dropped just to do this show. Needless to say there is plenty of room to grow and this next offseason I will be coming with a vengeance to shut up all the haters who said I wasn’t conditioned enough. Mark my words next show is mine and there isn’t shit anyone can do about it!!

To all my friends and family there will be a thank you post coming for you all don’t you worry right now I’m just enjoying my honeymoon with my wife and getting ready to take us to the next level!!

And lastly thank the lord and savior Jesus Christ for letting us share this opportunity to let us enjoy what the human body is capable of and letting Ryons and I love flourish! All glory to him!!🙏🙏

Stage photos are in! 🤍

Looking back, I can see where I’ve improved, where I could’ve tweaked things differently, and where I still have room to grow. Looking forward to hearing Coach Nikki’s feedback and continuing to learn, wherever my competing journey goes from here.

My goal was to improve my posing and presentation from August while having fun, and I think that smile says it all. 😂 Honestly, just proud I made it through finals without going rogue at @whitneyjones_ifbbpro ’s donut wall. 🍩

So grateful to Coach Nikki and TFT Gym for getting me here. Placing 4th at a show of this size exceeded my expectations, and I’m proud of the work I put in. 💪🏼✨

“That was the worst I’ve ever done my routine” … 🫪🧚‍♀️👑 & still nothing feels better than the stage and I’m so proud of what I presented. We are ALL our harshest critics and that voice is a little extra loud watching posing back

Stumbled & shook in my boots from adrenaline & excitement - not mad about it, also not gonna overlook the technical errors it caused

Whether it be the first class or first show, the first debut of the season will almost always be the “worst” or “hardest” to feel present and composed

I’m not stressed, nor pressed, about it because I know exactly what I did wrong. In previous seasons I was beyonddddd pissed after show because I *didnt know* what I did wrong

Spending the last 2.5 years analyzing myself and other bodies in this sport has turned me into a crazy detail oriented psycho fairy mother 😂 aka I see that I had a wonderful time AND WE LOVE THAT … I also see all of the flaws (as per fairy standards) that I already know how to improve for next time

Personality trumped precision this time
We’ll bring a better blend of both next time 💎🔒🧚‍♀️
