Pilates Classes of the Week ✨

Three amazing instructors, three different styles, and one incredible studio! 💪🩵

Each instructor brings their own unique energy, challenges, and expertise to every class. That’s what I love about Bloom—every session pushes me in a different way, and I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and motivated! 🧘‍♀️✨

Different instructors, different challenges, same love for Pilates! 🤍

What’s on our radar this October

Fall wellness events, feel-good gatherings, Breast Cancer Awareness events + more happening around Long Island.

More to come as we find it.

Some days you show up feeling strong. Other days, you show up because discipline takes over when motivation doesn’t. 🧠✨

I wasn’t feeling my best mentally or physically, but that little bit of metacognition kicked in—the ability to recognize how I was feeling without letting it make the decision for me.

So I showed up. And somehow, it turned into the BEST Pilates Tower class with Bella. 🤍

A reminder that you don’t always have to feel ready. Sometimes you just have to show up and let your body surprise you.

These legs were made for walking… but after this Pilates Chair + Mat class, I’m not making any promises. 😂🫠🦵🏼

If you see me walking like a baby giraffe today, mind your business. 🤣✨

And because the outfit is half the motivation 🤍✨ Pilates fit details are linked below 👇🏼

A little update on where to find me lately ༄

My current weekly pilates schedule around Long Island. Save this one for whenever you feel like moving with me 𖤓

Alsooo a little reminder that I’m available for 1:1 sessions outside of classes too, if you’re looking for something a little more individual ➴

Always happy to chat about what that could look like ღ
