POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We’re still catching our breath. 🧡

Today, Día de los Muertos was celebrated at @laarboretum for the very first time, and The Roaming Bower got to be part of it. What an honor. The event SOLD OUT!!

We brought cempasúchil (la flor que los trae a casa, the flower that brings them home), altar pieces, preserved Milagro bouquets, and treasures for your ofrendas. What you brought back to us was so much bigger: your stories, your loved ones’ names, the faces you’ll be placing on your altars this week.

Preserved flowers are like the memories we carry. They don’t fade. 🌼🦋

To our ancestors: this one was for you. Gracias por guiarnos.

To everyone who came out in your flower crowns, face paint, and penachos, and to everyone who took a little piece of the celebration home: thank you for letting us be part of something historic. We hope this is the first of many.

Hasta el próximo año. 💀🌸
