I came back to boxing at 32, after 16 years away.

My mind remembered. My body didn’t. I had to rebuild it from what felt like zero.

Thanks to my coach @hardwork_king_von, I’ve learned the traditional American style of boxing. My mind is clear, my health is excellent, and I have no desire to slow down. If anything, I want to continue learning as much as possible.

Nobody claps for round three on a Thursday. The bag swings back whether you’re ready or not. You either move your head, or you learn why you should have.

Same lessons every session: hands up. Chin down. Answer back.

🥊 3 years of putting in work together! 💪

Meet my friend and training partner, Sage! At just 12 years old, he’s already a STATE CHAMPION! 🏆

We’ve been boxing together for over 3 years, pushing each other, learning from each other, and getting better every time we step into the gym.

Having a great training partner makes all the difference. We’re not just teammates, we’re friends who push each other to be the best fighters we can be!

Iron sharpens iron! 🥊🔥

Monday nights are for mitt work! 🥊🔥

One-on-one with Coach, putting in the work, sharpening my skills, and getting better one round at a time.

Every Monday is another opportunity to learn, grow, and build the fighter I’m becoming.

Built Different. 💪🥊
