The best part of my job isn’t selling houses. 🏡❤️
It’s the relationships that grow, the friendships that form, and the people who become so much more than clients. 🫶🏼✨

Last week, I got to bring a wonderful group of people together at @xandobooks , our local independent romance bookstore, for an evening of choosing books 📚, bedazzling them ✨💎, enjoying our favorite drinks ☕️🍷, and simply spending time together.

And it was SO much fun! 🩷

But what made the evening special wasn’t the books or the bedazzling. It was the people around the table. 🥹💕

I believe there’s something really special about building a business around relationships, supporting the small businesses in our community 🛍️, and finding little ways to bring people together just because. 🤍

I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me with their real estate journey 🏡🔑 and for the friendships and connections that have come from it. It’s a privilege I never want to take for granted. 🙏🏼

Real estate is what I do. People are why I do it. And community is one of the sweetest parts of it all. 🩷🏡✨

Thank you to everyone who joined me, and to X&O Books for such a fun evening! 📚🥂💖

What if growth doesn’t always mean getting bigger?

In this episode, we sit down with Carly Filbin of Blue Jay Interiors to talk about building a firm one step at a time, finding clients through relationships, making thoughtful hiring decisions, and creating a business that works for the life you actually want.

A conversation about growing with intention and knowing what “better” looks like for your firm.

The mudroom is one of the hardest working spaces in the home, quietly connecting the laundry room, pool areas, and main living spaces in a seamless transition.

In this @BlueJayInteriors project, Antigua Terracotta anchors this central corridor with warmth and texture. It stands up to wet feet and daily traffic, while its natural variation brings depth and character underfoot.

Rather than feeling like a simple pass through, the material transforms the space into a defining moment.

Last stop: Porto Alegre 🇧🇷✨

We closed this unforgettable journey surrounded by stunning Florense showcases in Porto Alegre — a space that beautifully reflects the design, innovation, and craftsmanship we experienced throughout the trip.

Ending the week with inspiration, meaningful conversations, and a wonderful lunch together made it even more special. An incredible way to wrap up an amazing experience. 💚

Grateful for the memories, the learning, and the connections we take back with us.

Stop 3: Florense Factory — Part 2 🇧🇷✨

Today wasn’t just about seeing the process — it was about truly experiencing it. Our group had the opportunity to interact closely with the materials, techniques, and craftsmanship that define Florense. From touching the finishes to observing each stage of production, every moment brought a deeper appreciation for the precision and passion behind each product.

Understanding the care, technology, and human dedication involved in every detail makes the final result even more meaningful. It’s not just manufacturing — it’s artistry in motion. 💚
