As a co-parenting mama of all boys, I am beyond grateful for every man who chooses to be a positive example in my sons’ lives. Every interaction, no matter how big or small, has an impact, and those moments matter more than you may ever realize.

I know there are things a mother can teach and things only a man can truly model. I can do my best to guide them, love them, and raise them well, but I also recognize the value of strong, respectful men showing my boys what integrity, character, and manhood look like.

So thank you to every man who steps into my sons’ world and leads by example. Your influence matters, your presence matters, and the difference you make does not go unnoticed. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

After 4 kids, the gym just wasn’t enough for me, and there’s no shame in that.

Please don’t compare your chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 20. My results are a combination of surgery, consistency, and a healthy lifestyle.

Now your girl is locked in, feeling strong, healthy, and confident. ✨
