🏋️‍♀️ TRAINING WITH THE FITTEST WOMAN ON EARTH 🏋️‍♀️ This remains one of my favourite pieces. Aimee, her coaches and the whole team at Blueprint Fitness were incredibly welcoming, the workout itself had a beautiful blend of gymnastics and grunt work, and I was treated to a decadent donut from the cafe next door afterwards. What’s not to like? Hopefully I’ve done Aimee’s immense fitness levels justice here, especially considering she has been crowned CrossFit Games champion and fittest woman on earth in the time since we trained together - sadly, I don’t think I can take any credit for this. The other thing that really stood out to me was Aimee’s complete lack of hubris. On the day, she would perform physical feats only a sliver of the world’s population could hope to emulate, then brush it off with unwavering humility. Fingers crossed this also comes across in the piece. Have a read, have a watch, enjoy, then go give a CrossFit class a go for yourself. I’m biased as a coach, but I think it’s rather enjoyable, and way more accessible than most people think 😊

@tribalclash 2026 - what an incredible weekend- 27th out of 120 teams! — My 9th (or 10th) Tribal Clash and without doubt one of the best yet! 2nd time making it to the tug of war which was incredible! So proud of this little team from @blueprint_training_worcester 🫶🏼 — The workouts were brilliant, the judges (particularly our lane 6 judge) was amazing every time, the vibes, the people, the weather, couldn’t have asked for better! A pain cave is best when shared ☠️ VO₂ max intervals this morning with the @aod_fitness team at @blueprint_training_worcester While I spent a good chunk of the 48-minute workout in the pain cave, I definitely pushed harder than I would have doing the session alone It’s a good reminder that you’re only as good as the environment you put yourself in and the people you train alongside Surround yourself with people who challenge you, push you and raise your standards.
