Shoutout to @midohiobassmasters for putting on their open yesterday at the local pond. Started out pretty tough but these two dummies pulled a few. Much needed time on the water and great turn out. Thanks to Bryan, Mike, and the rest of the club.

This is what I dreamed of all season. Qualifying for TOC … on my home rivers. Putting more time on the water being more consistent even after all the ups and downs this season in multiple trails. Squeezed into the cut by a hair and qualified I worked my tail off practicing trying to dial in on these transitioning river smallies all this week. Figured out the areas figured out a pattern. Tournament morning not ideal conditions but I knew the potential and knew what I could do. Started off the morning with a bang 10 minutes in on a 19.25. Continued through the day broke a rod but managed to put the pieces together to get my first win in the tournament I looked forward to the most🏆 swept the table with the W and big bass. Brining home a new yak and some 💵 can’t thank everyone enough for the support, the phone calls and text messages. To say im happy is an understatement. Blessed beyond measure. All Glory to God couldn’t do anything without Him 🙏🏼 All my fish were caught on @zmanfishingproducts bladed jig, @bluerockcustomtackle stupid tube and a @yorkcasting_co glide ‼️
Shoutout to the homie @okbassin on putting in the work and winning AOY 🏆 Shoutout to @the_creek_crawler keeping me on my toes all day Can’t do it without the companies I work with

To some at the end of the day its a plaque and some money but I promise you this means soo so much more than just that, the story that comes with it, everything that fell into place to make it happen, the ups and downs on and off the water, the people involved, just so much had to go right... And this time it finally did! We are going to the National Championship!! It’s all yet to really set in but all I know is I got a lot of “Thank you’s” to give to a whole lot of people! To the directors and the amazing people behind the Ohio Bass Federation / TBF team, my day one and two Boaters- Donovan Workman, and Danny Hamric for unforgettable weekend, to my good friend and old high school fishing partner Dylan Phillips, day two wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for him and his honesty if you know you know, and i can’t forget about my number one supporter Brookie! Thankful she was there by my side to capture the moments. Mom, dad... We did it!! Can’t believe it, still. I fished the TBF Semi Nationals on Lake Erie and managed a two day total for 18.74 (3 fish limit) plus got Day Two Big Bass with a 4.68 that sealed the deal putting us on top for the weekend qualifying me for the National Championship to fish for a life changing opportunity! We aren't done

God is good, thank you, thank you lord

In the UFC of bass fishing techniques…

Let’s talk about the ole Jig.. You need durability when battling it out flippin thick cover.. A wire tied compact jig with a stout hook is far better than those rubber banded jigs. “Nuff Said”.

Go see for yourself @bluerockcustomtackle

What a weekend! Wrapped up the club season with a win! It was a grinder being in the bay but we got it done. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Dan over at @elite_rods for getting me setup with rods for any situation. Now time to focus on the BFL regional on the Potomac 👊🏼
