Starting this journey as a first-year teacher was both exciting and challenging. Leaving behind something I loved was not easy, but it opened the door to a whole new world of possibilities.

This past year, I poured my heart into my classroom, my students, and my growth as an educator. There were long nights, moments of doubt, and steep learning curves, but every single one was worth it. The joy of watching my students grow, learn, and shine reminded me daily why I chose this path.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who donated to my classroom, supported me, and encouraged me through this first year. Your kindness and generosity made a lasting impact not just on me, but on every child who stepped into my room.

Being honored as Educator of the Year at my campus in my very first year is something I will never forget. It’s a reminder that passion, perseverance, and love for learning can open doors we never imagined. As I head into year two, I carry with me the mindset of being a lifelong learner, growing alongside my students and embracing each new challenge with gratitude.

Here’s to another year of teaching, learning, and pouring into the lives of the next generation💛

Scarlet Rodriguez from our #Investment & #Wellness department organized a fun Saturday #run with a great turnout! Professionals from our Business Development, Education & Awareness, IT, Philanthropy, and 179D teams ran 3 miles around Memorial Park and enjoyed a delicious brunch right after. We’re already counting the days until next month’s session!
