A visit with @anna.bot.dedar.milano is just what the doctor ordered! We had so much fun learning about the new Versi Libre collection and showing off the true Italian roots of color and material that define @dedarmilano textiles and wallcovering.

The Versi Libre collection reinterprets two emblematic moments in textile tradition through abstraction, naturalism and figurative references. The placed fabrics meant for drapery, seat backs or cushions give hospitality interiors a bold, modern character.

What if a water park felt less like an attraction - and more like a resort garden? 💦🌿

At SoundWaves at Gaylord Opryland, Atlanta-based @blurworkshop rethought the indoor-outdoor water park as an elevated hospitality experience. Daylight pours through the @lightspan_etfe and glazed walls, while timber structure, green walls, planting and layered attractions create a sense of discovery across multiple levels.

The rides are still there - but instead of dominating the architecture, they become part of a cohesive environment designed for everyone from kids chasing thrills to adults looking for a place to relax.

How do you design a new front door to one of America's most iconic campuses? ✈️

At the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Atlanta-based @blurworkshop looked to the Academy's mid-century International Style for inspiration - then translated its proportions, materials and visual language into a contemporary hospitality destination.

Presenter @tjw_ny_architect explores Hotel Polaris, where intentional vistas, Air Force references, playful family spaces, elevated dining and even flight simulators create an experience that feels deeply connected to place without simply recreating the past.

A nod to the Academy's architectural legacy - with its sights firmly set on the future.

🌲 Sometimes the best place to start designing is with what’s already there.

At Reynolds Lake Oconee, @blurworkshop ’s Gathering House sits among forest and giant granite boulders—with the landscape helping determine exactly where the building would go.

Timber, stone, glass and generous outdoor spaces create a place designed for something equally important: community.

See this beautiful project in the premiere of Atlanta ByDESIGN.

Here are a few favorites from my shoot at @hotelpolaris_co in Colorado Springs by @blurworkshop. As someone who has always loved mid-century design, this was an especially fun one to photograph. The proportions, materials, and details all came together beautifully, and every space so carefully designed and curated. Also impressive is the fact that you won’t find a knockoff Eames or Barcelona chair here - every piece was the real deal. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
