16 years ago, my mom asked me for a favor. I said yes, and it became my whole life.

I sat down with Markos Papadatos to talk about how that favor would turn out to be my forever career, everything it grew into, and what keeps me going. Short answer: you. 🫶

I'm so happy with where I am in life. Photography has supported me since I was 14. I've never had to take on a second job, and I'm grateful for that every single day. I get to spend my days with the coolest clients, people who treat me with so much love and respect.

September is Suicide Prevention Month. 💛

I wish I could go back in time and show the most hopeless version of me all the good that was to come. She couldn’t see the people she would meet, the places she’d go, the love she’d experience, the things she’d learn about herself, or the life she’d build. She only knew what life felt like from where she was standing.

For me, getting better started with a little curiosity about what could be different. Then came admitting I couldn’t do it alone.
So much of what I couldn’t see was waiting on the other side of asking for help.

One of my biggest takeaways from asking for and receiving that help is this:

You don’t have to be able to see the whole future to give yourself the chance to find out what could be waiting for you.

I’ve been modeling for many years, and my transition into acting has been slow but consistent. I’ve never quit, and quitting is not an option.

I’m a Capricorn, and I’m a persevering person, always striving to find balance in my life, my responsibilities, my body, and my spirit.

If you have a dream, don’t let others minimize your hard work, because nobody knows how difficult your journey has been. Most people won’t do anything to help you, but they’ll always be quick to criticize your decisions and actions. Only a few will truly support your dreams and bring positivity into your life.

I’m the best version of myself, and I’ll keep working hard to become even better.
