Un petit moment juste pour moi 🤍

J’ai testé le drainage lymphatique chez @blushtone et honnêtement, ça m’a fait tellement de bien.

La séance était ultra relaxante, et j’ai particulièrement apprécié le massage au niveau du dos en complément du drainage. Avec les douleurs et les tensions liées à la grossesse, ça m’a vraiment soulagée et permis de décrocher complètement. 🥹

J’ai aussi remarqué que mon visage était beaucoup moins gonflé en sortant de la séance.

Le drainage lymphatique peut notamment aider à stimuler la circulation lymphatique, favoriser la sensation de légèreté et contribuer à diminuer temporairement les gonflements liés à la rétention d’eau. Pendant la grossesse, ça peut être un vrai moment de bien-être, surtout quand on commence à ressentir plus de lourdeur.

Je suis ressortie détendue, légère et avec l’impression d’avoir pris un vrai moment pour moi. 🤍

Si tu es enceinte, pense simplement à choisir une personne formée et à vérifier avec ton professionnel de santé que le drainage est adapté à ta grossesse. ✨

A styled shoot inspired by the romance of an Italian night, soft candlelight, colorful details, and a venue that brings the love story to life.

Couldn’t have asked for a better shoot with the best team. Everyone poured their heart out to make it happen and we all had so much fun! Non stop laughter, a thousand “so cute” after every picture and enjoying the delicious tiramisu cake together!
