Low on equipment? Grab a med ball. 💥
You can still build elite power, the same kind that shows up in every sprint, jump, and change of direction.
⚡️ Power = Force × Velocity
How fast you can produce force determines how explosive you are.
These 4 drills hit every link in that chain 👇🏽
1️⃣ Overhead Slams – total-body explosiveness
2️⃣ Half-Kneeling Rotational Slams – hip & core power
3️⃣ Chest Pass – upper-body force
4️⃣ Single-Leg Chop – balance → control → power
🦅 Focus on intent. Move fast. Every rep = max effort.
Which drill are you adding to your next session?
Save this or send to a teammate who needs more POWER

Most athletes think agility is simply quick feet and cutting fast❌
But real agility starts with balance.
No balance → no control.
No control → no agility ⚡
Efficient cuts start with one thing: the ability to stabilize after every plant. This drill enforces just that.
✅Progression tip: Don’t start on the Airex.
First master the lateral lunge to single-leg balance on the ground. Once you can own that position, add the Airex for extra instability and control.
Save this, and send it to the teammate you know you’re quicker than 👀🦅
