Tonight we focused on turtle attacks, live back defense, and finished with some tough Shark Tank rounds to get our competitors ready.

Every round had a purpose. Sharpen the details, build the conditioning, and get one step closer to competition day. 👊🥋

A great night on the mats. We had a few teammates getting tournament ready, so Shark Tank rounds were on the menu. Everyone got pushed, everyone got better, and somehow… we’re still standing. 👊🥋

A few more throw options from the 2-on-1 (aka the Russian Tie):
1. No Leg Fireman’s Carry
2. Drop Seoi Nage (same side arm)

Try these out next time you’re drilling takedowns and add them to the arsenal 🤼‍♂️
