I can’t thank this company enough— cast, crew, production team, design team, literally anyone and everyone involved in this process— for being such a loving and encouraging safe space. To be in a room filled with such brilliant artists, so readily willing to dive in with both feet, and bring all of themselves into the work and the material every day has inspired me beyond what words can describe. And to be surrounded by a celebration of identity and queer joy each and every rehearsal has changed my life for the better; and made even the hardest days lighter and more rewarding than I ever could have imagined.

Telling this story with this group of people was something so unbelievably special. We created something that was beautiful AND true, and I am so incredibly proud of that. I love you all more than words can describe. We made this Fun House a Fun Home.

Welcome to our house! I am so lucky to have experienced creating such a beautiful and essential piece of theatre with this outstanding company. Lightning was captured in a bottle with how diligently this collection of people approached this work and generated inspiration inside an overwhelmingly positive rehearsal room. A silly caption cannot capture the pure artistry and integrity that permeated throughout the room each day. I feel so honored to have worked beside this cast, and the many feelings of pride in every individual continue to spur and reveal themselves as I ruminate on this process. Thank you for creating such an amazing first main-stage experience. I love you all so much, and I have never missed a show as much as this one.

All together is strong 💪
