Ever find yourself hitting a plateau, wondering how to push through?

Let’s dive deep into the scientific approach to programming — specifically, the art of adjusting squat frequency for breakthrough performance.

🔬Observation to Innovation: Noticed your progress stalling? You’re not alone. The key is in the details. For instance, if increasing squat sessions could be the game-changer you need, it’s time to put that theory to the test.

🌟Crafting Your Experiment: By methodically adjusting just one variable at a time — in this case, squat frequency — while keeping others constant, we can isolate and identify what truly impacts your performance. This controlled change, from twice to three times weekly squatting, could be your ticket to new personal bests.

📊Data-Driven Decisions: Collecting and analyzing your performance data is crucial. It’s not just about the numbers on the bar; it’s about understanding how your body responds to changes in training frequency, volume, and intensity.

🔄Iterate and Evolve: The beauty of this approach? It’s a cycle of continuous improvement. Each experiment teaches us something new, allowing for refined, personalized programming that evolves as you do.

📝Your Training, Transformed: This isn’t about random changes; it’s about informed, strategic adjustments. Ready to elevate your training with the precision of science?

Embark on this journey with us. Let’s transform observation into performance, data into strength, and curiosity into victories. 🏆🔍

ATHLETE TESTIMONIAL🫶🏼
“I’ve been working with Alec for over a year now and he has completely changed my view of powerlifting. He has transformed my technique on all three lifts, teaching me along the way and helping me understand the purpose of every exercise given to me. Not only is he a great mentor, but a great friend as well. That’s what makes him an incredible coach, he knows how to make a connection with his lifters. Alec understands that coaching is not only technical, but psychological varying from client to client. As an emotional lifter myself, he was able to cater to my needs and work with me to maximize my potential. I owe a large part of my success to him as a critical part in my current powerlifting career.” —Brian Ma
