Shared Stage is LVC Opera’s annual gala, celebrating mentorship, collaboration, and live performance. This year, Metroplitan Opera baritone, Brian Major will join Lebanon Valley College students for an evening where many voices share one stage. The night will include performances, from Brian Major, LVC students, and faculty with hors d’oeuvres and drinks served throughout, plus time to connect with the LVC Opera community.

It was such an enchanting experience watching my latest opera, Sleepers Awake, premiere last month on stage. The Opera Philadelphia team, led by the visionary Anthony Roth Costanzo, were exceptional. Our cast was exquisite. The director, Jenny Koons and her stellar design team including Jason Ardizzone-West, Yuki Link, and Maiko Matsushima, amazed me every step of the way, as did the world class OP chorus led by the fearless Elizabeth Braden and conducted by the genius Corrado Rovaris. There are just too many people to thank here! Was it all a dream?
