💎 An Inside Look at JSP 💎

Sports Performance Training Options:

⚡️1:1 SPT
• Individual (1:1) training is designed for athletes interested in specialized training that aligns with developing their personal goals. With individual training, we can focus on exactly what the athlete needs most. Ideal for athletes who want detailed coaching to target their specific strengths and weaknesses!

⚡️Semi-Private SPT (3-5 Athletes)
• Semi-private training is designed for athletes interested in specialized training that aligns with developing their specific goals. With our semi-private SPT, we are able fine-tune individual needs while working hard with the people you trust!

⚡️Group or Team SPT
• Group or team training is designed for athletes of any sport looking to follow a general program aimed towards accomplishing a similar goal. Ideal for athletes interested in less ‘specialized’ training. These sessions provide an excellent environment for athletes of any sport to connect with others and develop key aspects of performance while having two coaches available to instruct and lead!

💥NEW! - The Compete Athlete Program💥
• Partnering with @7070athletics , we are bringing basketball skill development and sports performance training together into ONE MEMBERSHIP - giving 7070 athletes the opportunity to work on their game while also developing the strength, speed, explosiveness and athleticism that carries over to the court! This membership is for athletes who are serious about improving because we believe basketball skills and physical development should work hand-in-hand. This membership gives families an easy way to access both programs without having to purchase two separate memberships!

College OFF-SZN ✅

We had the pleasure of working with 8 college student-athletes this summer! We feel extremely grateful for the relationships we’ve created with each athlete over the years. Watching you all work this summer ignited our passion for developing athletes and reminded us of what consistency (with doing the right things) can do long-term!

1:1 Personal Training Session with @bmarshall_8 😤

-Lateral prep after dynamic drills
-Resisted Decel
-Decel/Lateral quickness
-Cleans
-Strict Press
-Overhead throws
-Core: Anti-rotation/Hip Stability & Rotation

Our athletes need and deserve very intentional training, so that is what we give them. @bmarshall_8 will be ready for his first year at D1 Juco @colbytrojansbasketball because of his hard work, consistency and ability to buy in and see the value in everything he is doing!

Grateful and blessed to have the best grandparents in the world. They helped shape not only my life but the lives of our large family.

Legacy laid to rest but lives on through generations. All out of a small town called Rockville, Indiana ❤️💙

Indiana was a blast and a great surprise for our small Florida family 🐎🌽
