We would love to have you come be a part of the USA Powerlifting Christmas Miracle on December 19, 2026 (MS-2026-01) hosted by @gym_rat_lifestyle and @bmcupowerlifting at Blue Mountain College This event is unique as it has no entry fee! We only ask that you provide a toy for boy and a girl valued at $30/each (you are also welcome to just do a $60 donation and we can go shopping for you) these toys will be donated in time for Christmas locally to families in need and we are very happy to present this event once again. There will be door prizes available and this is a sanctioned USA Powerlifting event you can use to qualify for events such as regionals or nationals (other than Raw which requires state or higher level) So rather you’re just looking to have some fun, or do one of your final sessions for the @usapltennessee @usaplal or @usaplms state championships that are all set for January, why not come do it for a great cause? PS: someone said there might be hot chocolate? Entry in our bio!
