Every May, Costco raises funds through the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN) in the US and Canada. All proceeds raised at our local Costcos on Panama and Rosedale directly benefit the Lauren Small Children’s Center at Memorial Hospital. 🏥

In 2024, Rosedale was the Number Two store, raising the most funds of all the stores in the U.S. This year, our goal is to earn Number 1 and we need your support to help do that. Please consider a visit to either store this month to thank them for their support of Memorial Hospital or make a donation during your next Costco haul.

Through fundraising partners like Costco, we are able to help support local pediatric patients in Kern County—patients like Journi Robinson, who received specialized burn treatment at Memorial Hospital’s Grossman Burn Center. Tune into the video to learn how you can donate to help our local Costco earn first place! 🎈🧡 @cmnhospitals

What a beautiful evening under the stars at @bakersfieldcountryclub , graced by the Amalfi moon 🌙. The @bmhfoundation hosted an incredibly special event last night, and I was honored to be part of it. Some of my very favorite people came together, sharing great generosity to fund critical equipment that will have a life-changing impact on patient health outcomes.

It’s moments like these that remind me how powerful community support can be. And in true fashion, I’m never too far from my laptop 💻 — check out this Giving Board tracking the progress of the generosity during the paddle raise!

So proud to support this amazing team and the meaningful work they do.

The Bakersfield Memorial Hospital Foundation ( @BMHFoundation) has a long history of fundraising success thanks to their mission centric community focus. But for their 2023 gala, “Rhythm of the Nights,” they wanted to push the envelope and truly touch the hearts of their guests. Their goal? Raise between $350,000 and $400,000 to support a crucial catheterization lab renovation.

Did they reach their goal? Let’s just say their fundraising rhythm was spot-on 💚💚
