Black Mountain Nordic, a member of the Cloud Peak Outdoor Recreation Collaborative, held a volunteer trail work day for National Public Lands Day. Volunteers focused on raking dirt on the upper side of the Sageway Loop and on the western side of Mutt Meadow at Cutler Hill. Who is looking forward to going to the Nordic Ski Discovery Day is Sunday, February 19? 🎿

Black Mountain Nordic Club and Sheridan Community Land Trust are teaming up to host free Nordic ski demos for skiers of all ages. Want to improve your skate or classic skiing techniques even more? Register for a ski clinic during the discovery day. $10 registration fee for ski clinics.

The Sport Stop is generously providing equipment for everyone to use during the demo day. We’ll have hot cocoa for everyone, too! Photo by Black Mountain Nordic Club.

ALSO! 2023 trail maps are available!
Our trail maps have been updated for 2023. We anticipate more updates as this summer's build season progresses. We'd also like to thank Foot of the Bighorns, Rocky Mountain Discount Sports, Sheridan Bicycle Company, Sheridan Spine & Sports Medicine, and The Sport Stop for sponsoring our maps in 2023!
