✨🪞Self-Reflection: The importance of PRESENCE, staying OBSERVANT… and everything in between?

📝Do YOU journal? Do you keep track of who you are? Your actions? How do you stay WITH yourself? As of now, part of my life is me living in this mirror and doing the shadow work. This is how I spend majority of my time, even when doing other things. And this where you have to be rent free. This is how i Keep myself HERE.

📜Dealing with “traumas” and emotional injuries now is realizing you never had the tools or knowledge to process what you were going through, or the language. But you’re getting it…now. Your body has just been downloading information, never sorting it, never understanding, never truly processing to understand, and integrate the data. Until now. Its OK.

🧐Tbh Idk where I was going with this one, but I guess I’m happy to say I am HERE, now. Maybe not fully yet. But let this be a reminder to take care of yourself. Guard your heart, guard your mind, really focus on healing, being honest and transparent with yourself. Allow your self to BE in these moments. Trust that you won’t lose yourself again, trust yourself again. And when that flow state -yet present and observant energy comes in… go with it. Love yourself. Fight for yourself every single day. You’re way closer to the W than you think you are. Love ya’ll. ❤️🤓

This Year Has Been Quite The Journey. Learning A LOT about myself. Getting reconnected and re-aligned with who I am. I acknowledge everything. The ups and downs of it all, and I understand I’ve been a catalyst. So God. Use me. However, allow me to be a catalyst for myself now. In said journey I have been finding my way. Appreciate meeting the ppl i have so far, and all of it is helping me get grounded. My time isn’t just coming, my time is here, my time is NOW. My career is taking off. And this only the beginning. Shout out to these individuals. New Video on @atldancehall Page… Check It Out!!!
