@cincytennis was a blast! I am so proud of @bigfoe1998 for getting Runner Up in Men’s and @cocogauff for taking the championship for the Women’s!

Enjoyed my time with my Reds and @bspcincy family! Let’s do it again next year!

Player development continues to evolve.

And one of the biggest conversations in the field is the connection between research and real-world application.

That’s why we’re excited to welcome @bmorechad to the 2026 Player Development Summit.

As the Associate Athletic Director for Career Advancement & Leadership at the University of Cincinnati, Chad leads a nationally recognized model helping student-athletes prepare for life beyond sport through:
• Career readiness
• Leadership development
• Identity development
• Community impact

He also currently serves as a second-year Sport Administration PhD candidate at Cincinnati, continuing to deepen his research and impact within athlete development.

At the Summit, Chad will help lead an important conversation around research and application in player development.

Because the future of this work requires more than ideas.

It requires intentional implementation.

Detroit, this is going to be a valuable discussion.

Be in the room.

Celebrating excellence at UC’s One Team Honors event!✨

We decorated this event with a custom balloon garland framing the throne and “ONE TEAM HONORS” marquee letters. Stay tuned, we’ll be sharing more about the event (and pics from last year) in stories!

I had a GREAT but far too short time @uofcincy Last week! 🐾
I was offered an opportunity to moderate a panel and in turn visit my home state! O-H-…

S/O to @bmorechad for the invite!
S/O to the @ucbearcats mascot for making another selfie possible!

Great showing and incredible partners across Cincy came together to recruit these young bright student athletes! Congrats! 👏🏽 👏🏽 👏🏽
