Dreams need action. 🏃🏿‍♂️❤️

This mission was once just a dream in my head—one I wasn’t even sure I could make happen. Now, with your support, I’m heading to the NYC Marathon for Kilometer Kids.

Whatever dream you’re carrying, take one step toward it today. Action brings it closer.

To everyone who has donated, shared, or encouraged me: thank you for helping bring this dream to life. 🙏🏿

This week, I’m asking again: please give what you can and share this with someone who can help. Let’s keep showing up for these kids.

This is why. 💛

I went to Kilometer Kids practice to run with the children and encourage them. I left with more purpose for my own miles. These photos hold a little of that joy.

In less than two weeks, I’ll run the New York City Marathon for Kilometer Kids. This week, we’re pushing to reach at least $4,000 raised. If you’ve been waiting to join this mission, today is a beautiful day to start.

Give what you can. Share this post. Help us keep these children moving. Your support means more than a number to me—it gives me strength. I am truly grateful. 🙏🏿

Every mile matters. 💛

Running with these children reminded me why I’m taking this mission to the New York City Marathon. Every child deserves encouragement and a place to belong.

This week, let’s push our Kilometer Kids fundraiser to $4,000! Race day is November 1, and your support gives every mile more meaning.

Give what you can, share this video, and join the mission. I am truly grateful. 🙏🏿 Fundraising link in the comments. 👇🏿

WE LIFT EACH OTHER. ❤️

From celebrating Chicago Marathon finishers to sharing miles at the AlemFre Pinkhouse community event, today reminded me how much strength we give each other.

A hug. A few encouraging words. Someone beside you saying, “We got this.”

I gave encouragement today, and I received plenty too. Grateful for every person who shared this day with me. 🙏🏿

Keep showing up with love. You may never know who needed it.

Run from the soul. 🏃🏿‍♂️❤️

Help hope grow. ❤️

Good morning, family. Happy Friday!

As I prepare for the New York City Marathon, I keep thinking about the children who are discovering what they can do—with a little encouragement and someone beside them.

That’s why I’m raising funds for Kilometer Kids. I’ve run alongside these children, heard their excitement, and received their encouragement myself. This mission is personal to me.

Today, I’m asking you to help me move it forward. If you’re able, please donate $10, $20, or whatever feels right for you. You can also help by sharing this video with someone who believes in supporting our children.

To everyone who has already donated or shared: thank you. I carry that support with gratitude. 🙏🏿

Life has a lot moving right now, but I still have reasons to smile. Today, I’m grateful for another chance to show up, serve others, and take one step toward the life I’m building. 🙏🏾❤️

Whatever you’re carrying today, pause and notice one thing you’re thankful for. Start there.

The birthplace of the modern Olympic Games.

The chance to leave a footprint in this historical landscape.

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that will stay with me long after the final lap.

What's one place you have run that you will never forget?

Good morning, my people. Happy Tuesday! 🙌🏿

Yesterday, we started the week with movement, brotherhood, and an open invitation. A brother passing by joined our warm-up and ended up sharing our shout-out. Sometimes community starts with simply welcoming someone in. No Man Left Behind. 🖤🏃🏿‍♂️

That same spirit carries me toward the NYC Marathon for Kilometer Kids—helping more children experience the joy and confidence running can bring.

Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared, and encouraged me. We still have more to do, and every donation or share helps us move closer. ❤️

Keep showing up for yourself and for one another. You have a blessed one. Peace. 🙏🏿
