I’m running the 2026 NYC Marathon to support Kilometer Kids. Running has given me so much, and I want more children to experience that joy, confidence, and sense of belonging.

Another season of 2 Mile Tuesday Nashville is officially in the books!

What started with a simple invitation to come outside and move has continued to grow into something bigger**. Miles, music, wellness, connection, and community.**
.
All season long, y’all showed up. You walked. You ran. You brought your families. You met new people. You supported our vendors. You checked on your health. You danced. You laughed. And most importantly, we moved together.
.
Our season finale was a celebration of every mile, every Tuesday, every partner, every volunteer, and every person who helped create this community with us. This is what wellness can look like when it feels like US.

Solo miles in the Rocky Mountains earlier today. ⛰️🦅🏃🏾‍♂️
The first 2 miles brought more than 1,754 feet of elevation gain; a serious climb that tested my legs, lungs, and mindset. I had to stop around mile 2 on this route, to fix cellular to satellite reception but that doesn’t erase the work that was done. ☑️ Even Strava Robbed me of 3-Miles normally this route is 10-Miler. I am still figuring out my satellite services…

Not every run goes exactly as planned. Some days, completing the full route isn’t the victory. Showing up, pushing through the climb, listening to your body, and putting in the effort is. ⛰️⛰️🏃🏾‍♂️🦅🪶

Annual @stepsofsuccess5k 💙

I love running this race with some of my favorite people!
I had 33 on my bib soooo win!
Got to see my sister doing her thing 💁🏻‍♀️
Demonbreun mountain got me today..27 min flat
Made the podium with 2nd place in my group 🥈
8th place in the women’s category 💪🏽

Oh! And I got in 5 miles before the sun was up because Hyrox training doesn’t stop for a race! (Last pic with my OTF crew) Also saw coach today and he would have called me out..
