When I moved back to the Gold Coast 4 years ago, the state of my mental and emotional health on a scale of 1-10 was a negative 1008..💥

The ones who know the full journey were with me from the first day to today, sharing in my joy. They experienced it with me. They housed me, cried with me, held me, supported me on my darkest days and were there with me from the day it all came crashing down. I’ll be forever grateful to each and every one of you. .

During those times not once did I think I’d be “ok” or happy again, let alone about to open a yoga studio, have two social enterprises, do philanthropic work and take in the immense grace of what life has to offer with the humility and gratitude I have today.

This is why I give back with both my business. The yoga studio gives disposable menstrual products to shelters with every class and solar lights for every yoga mat @sahajayogamats. To light up peoples lives like my life was. My way of paying forward the love and light I received. .
I wake every morning thankful for life, my family and friends. I am forever grateful, I chose to live. ❤️

Calling in a favour from my LA familia.
Two of my beautiful friends just opened their farm to table restaurant @palettefoodandjuice in Atwater Village.

I need you guys to go and eat there, so I can live vicariously through you. Until I go there myself! 🤣🙊 The beautiful pottery bowls are all handmade by @mcat007, friend, daughter, chef, potter, soul sister and a kickass friend! I still remember that day at Cafe Gratitude Miss Molly when you shared this dream with me and now it's here. I love you soooooooooooo much! 😊✨ @sistermiss It all looks amazeballs Melissa! Love your work!! I miss and love you so much!
I am soooo proud and happy for you two! Can't wait to see it in person. ❤
