SERIOUS HOUR delivered pure emotion, sweat, and an unstoppable wave of energy.
We gave it everything we had to make sure Saturday truly earned its title.

No shortcuts. No holding back. Just full commitment from start to finish. Big shoutout to @ruben.yktolam who made sure that this saturday was serious.

Who’s ready for the next one? 😤

SERIOUS HOUR! 💥🏋🏾

This Serious Saturday was pure energy from start to finish.
We said this session had to set the tone and it did. High intensity strong focus and an atmosphere that delivered exactly what this series stands for.

Proud to have this event empowered by @lululemoneurope making it an even stronger way to kick off the year together.
A big thank you as well to @wbc.berlin for the Energy Meals that supported the flow and strengthened the community feeling.

If this is how the year starts we’re in for something special.

Excited for the next one?

Welcome to my Birthday Party. 🎂🧡🥳

This Saturday, I celebrated another trip around the sun with my favorite people in the most me way possible. A private reformer Pilates class! 💪💖

Special shout-out to my friends who surprised me with the most perfect cake: “Gabby’s Pilates Era” 🎂 You girls really made me smile!

And a huge thank-you to all my friends who showed up, even though half of us were definitely still hungover from the night before. 🍾😅

And of course an extra special thanks to our incredible instructor @keepingupwithirem__ for guiding us through a fun, sweaty, and slightly silly workout. 🧘‍♀️✨ You are truly the best! I am so thankful for you this year. You’ve helped me heal.

Laughter, movement, and a little bit of core burn… it was truly special. Here’s to more birthdays filled with joy, friendship, and planks.

@playhousefit was a dream I cooked up two years ago when I first moved to Berlin. I told everyone the concept, built out pages, instagram accounts, business plans, concepts, and did absolutely nothing with it for another 9 months.

I kept on coaching until March 2024, where more than a few friends and mentors said “start your own WhatsApp community” - and it made sense. From then, I canvassed and built slowly. It felt cringy to force people to join a WhatsApp group until I started to see the value it would bring to them. A value I provided that matters.

Playhouse is an idea where adults can feel like kids again. Where movement patterns aren’t so structured and rigid. Where burpees and snatches aren’t the main course. We laugh and connect our way through an intense workout and that’s it.

Getting to 500 members is amazing but more importantly having the same people coming back and making friends within Playhouse is the cherry on top.

Thank you for trusting me to lead and for showing up in all sorts of places with me in Berlin.

Thank you @barrysgermany for hosting us yesterday!
