"Citylights" in Boulogne-Billancourt was inaugurated 7 years ago, in 2016.

Inside-outside... Through the interplay of reflections and transparencies, through the duplication of lighting masts inside the lobby and on the plaza, the entrance to the renovated towers of the Pont de Sèvres glorifies an open, luminous space benefiting from double exposure. Viewed from across the Seine, especially at night, these bundled hexagonal forms have a new look.

Built in the 1970s by the architects Badani and Roux-Dorlut, the compact ensemble comprising 80 000 m² of office space has traded its brown façades for shimmering metal cladding: hence its appropriate new name of Citylights, now become a sort of urban beacon.

"Citylights" in Boulogne-Billancourt was inaugurated 7 years ago, in 2016. The Pont de Sèvres Towers were built in 1975 by the architects Badani and Roux-Dorlut, and carried with them all the architectural modernity of their time.

The refurbishing project brings the building up to current standards and provides new services such as restaurants, terraces, an auditorium and an inter-company nursery.

The 5 000 m² of 1st floor space provides the towers with "roots" connected to the city, with a large 1 500 m² hall on 3 levels. Only the concrete structure is retained, the central cores and the hexagonal plan of the floors offering 360° views over the west of Paris. All the facades have been replaced. Their prismatic forms function as light sensors.
