For everyone missing @boavidagoods juice, here’s a recipe for ya! 🤍

I use the @nama J2 juicer at home and highly recommend it over a centrifugal juicer—the juice tends to stay fresh longer and has a smoother flavor. At boa vida, we used a commercial cold press, but the Nama is a great countertop option.

Root Revival:
5 oranges 🍊
8 granny smith apples 🍏
5 small/medium beets 🫜
200g of turmeric (fresh root not powder!!!) *add fresh black pepper to each juice before drinking to get the full benefits of the turmeric!

Recipe makes four 16oz bottles + one 12 oz glass of juice with the Nama.

Happy juicing! ♥️ #juicing #juicerecipes #nama

FIT + ZEN morning at @airembeautyrituals🪷
We grounded with a mindful journaling prompt, then shared a beautiful White Lotus tea ceremony — honoring our bodies, every part that carries us, supports us, and works in harmony.

@kiki_hajek opened our hearts through movement, and we wrapped with a fireside chat with @dreunicepark on regenerative beauty + holistic healing… because beauty truly starts from the inside out.

Nourishing bites + sips by @boavidagoods @lafamillebakery @scottsproteinballs made the morning even sweeter.

My heart is overflowing. Thank you to every woman who showed up with intention, softness, and open hearts — all while supporting something so much bigger than us.🩷🎗️

“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.” – Anne Lamott 🌿💜🩵🧡

Being in nature brings out the best in us, and our Intentional Gathering at @paddlediva was the perfect example of that! We dove into spontaneous fun and real connections, surrounded by the beauty of nature as we paddled through the sparkling water under the summer sun. 🌞🏄‍♀️ With Gina leading the way, we felt grounded and alive, and @lu2chen from @time_within helped us tap into the healing vibes of nature with a soulful meditation.

Huge shoutout to our awesome photographers, @kirstinboncher and @studiolamaria , for capturing all the good moments! And a big thanks to @watskinofficial for keeping our skin protected, @boavidagoods for the refreshing juices, and @scottsproteinballs for the tasty snacks. Here’s to the amazing community we created and to the sunshine that brings us to life!

While Hampton general stores are certainly having their moment this summer, let me introduce you to the general store’s non-profit counterpart, @sharetheharvestfarm! 🥕🥬💚

Tucked away on Long Lane in East Hampton, their super cute farmstand is stacked with local goods—from favorites like @kirasglutenfree_ , @lafamillebakery, @mecoxbaydairy, @jamagansett and @boavidagoods, to sustainable pantry staples like @fishwife and @wearebrightland.

But what sets this place apart? Just behind the stand, six acres of farmland are dedicated to growing fresh, sustainably grown produce to support nearly a dozen local food pantries. All in all, @sharetheharvestfarm feeds close to 1,000 families each week!

This Sunday night marks their most important fundraiser of the year. The proceeds help keep their work going and ensures that their fields are tended right through Thanksgiving and the end of the growing season.

And whether you’re shopping the stand, attending their “Summer Soirée” or simply donating, you’re directly supporting a healthier, more nourished East End. Please join me in supporting the people who grow not just food—but community!!! My friend @kellys_weekend_plans and @sharetheharvestfarm executive director, @meredithouteast and I hope to see you there!
