Kite festival in Grand Haven with the fam.
What an amazing day. One of those days that photos can’t capture it all.
Gonna remember this one with a lot of joy.

I tell myself every single day after leaving work: “My best friends are home waiting for me”;
I tell myself on my days off: “I get to spend time with my best friends today”;
And for that, I’m incredibly thankful. My best friends are my family…literally. ❤️

North Fox Island began as nothing more than a rumor. For the longest time, it was considered an urban legend among the locals. Anyone who believed it was real risked being called a conspiracy theorist. But no urban legend could have invented the horrifying truth: young boys were being brought to the island under the guise of a “summer camp,” only to become victims of unimaginable things being done to them by powerful men.

What was once dismissed as myth turned out to be one of Michigan’s darkest and most disturbing real-life conspiracies and may even have connections to an unknown serial killer in Oakland County.

Please comment if you ever went to summer camp as a child and describe the experience to get this information on different spaces on the internet.

Bowie’s first day of preschool!
He was extremely excited to go to school this morning so he could make friends, learn new things and have fun.
While he did all that, I cried all the way to work but no big deal. 😂
You never really think they’ll grow fast like everyone says but wow…I’m still processing the fact that he’s 3. 😭
Another milestone for this big guy. Mama and daddy couldn’t be more proud. ❤️

This is it. Last weekend before Bowie starts school and routine kicks in. Great golfing, food, family and conversations around the fire until late at night. Extremely thankful for the memories created and moments lived. Now it’s time to kick ass and get back to our daily duties.

Day off with the family and animals. Seeing both smiling is everything to me. My love for both is beyond words. Blessed and thankful for every second.

Happy Mother’s Day to the greatest mom my son could’ve ever had. If I had a billion chances to pick who his mother would be, I’d pick you every single time. Thank you for everything you do in a daily basis. For being the most fundamental pillar in our family and for the constant and restless hard work you put in every single day. We are nothing without you and we’re fully thankful for every second we get to spend together. I hope we made your day special…just like you make us feel special. We love you with all of our hearts.
