So for Valentine’s Day, I did something different.
I turned her entire year on @substack, January to December, into a printed magazine. Designed it. Compiled it. Added photos.

I’m so tempted to say “how did I get so lucky?” But I won’t because I know it’s not luck. It isn’t.
I’m blessed.

How is it possible to love someone more than you did when you already loved them with your whole heart?

Does that even make sense?
The boy is even finer!!! Like how is that even possible?

I’m in love and I’m not even ashamed to admit it.

Anyway, it’s not his birthday or our anniversary, not like I need an excuse to love up on him. I get to do this everyday for the rest of my life 💜

2 years!!!
Two whole years of being married to my person, the best specimen of the male species (if you don’t agree, argue with your wall), two years of absolute bliss and peace.
If you had asked me on this day two years ago if I thought I was making the right decision I would have responded with a resounding YES and I’m so happy that I was right.
I was right!
Bobby and I have weathered some really terrible storms together in our 24 months of marriage but in all we have done it together, as a team, the storm is never within (I’m not married to my enemy y’all!!!). We make the best team if I do say so myself.
Indeed one shall chase a thousand and two will put ten thousand to flight.
It’s so trueeeee.

Two years. 🎉
It’s been two years of loving you @bray_esq , growing with you, laughing with you, and learning with you—and honestly, they’ve been the best days of my life.

But first of all, I’d like to thank myself. Yeah—shoutout to past me for always looking out for future me, for always doing the best, and making choices that deliver peace and joy. Past Lolo always delivers. So thank I thank myself, for choosing right.

Single people (who don’t deserve to Breeeeeet) ask what it’s like being married, and I tell them, it’s like being married to your girlfriend. Every day still feels new, still feels exciting, still feels like magic. And that’s because of you baby girl.

You’ve been my rock, my peace, my everything.

Anyone who knows Bray knows she’s basically an angel. The sweetest soul. The most selfless giver. Beautiful in and out. A lover of life, of people, of purpose. And somehow, all that love spills into us. Into this life we’re building.

Thank you for being mine. These two years have been peaceful, blissful, and truly the best of my life. Here’s to more—much more—together 🥂.
