Fade Out: Fade In has officially been selected at the Los Angeles Short Film Awards 2026

Every official selection is special, but this one reminds me of an important truth: great films are never made alone.

To our incredible cast, thank you for trusting the process and bringing these characters to life with honesty, passion, and courage. Your performances gave this story its heart.

To our crew, thank you for the long hours, the problem-solving, and the countless sacrifices that audiences never see. Every frame of this film carries your fingerprints.

A special thank you to my co-director, Mirella. Filmmaking is a journey filled with challenges, and having someone beside you who shares the vision makes all the difference. Thank you for your creativity, dedication, and belief in this project.

And to my editor, Nicholas this film simply would not exist without you. When the finish line felt far away, you kept pushing forward. Your patience, talent, and commitment helped transform hours of footage into a completed film. I will always be grateful for that.

Introducing Dino, a man who has spent over 40 years living and breathing cinema. This isn't his first time collaborating with our director, and it shows. He brings a spark to every scene that only decades of passion for cinema can give you.

We've wrapped up vfx, colour grading and sound and are officially nearing the finish line! Stay tuned for more updates (and one final introduction) coming very soon!
