Sorry it’s not birds, food or architecture… but had the best time this past weekend watching the Lions crush the Cardinals! Some old friends, some new friends and family all came together to watch an absolutely amazing football game. Big shoutout to @b_new_new and @christian_iafrate313 for helping me plan this epic evening with great people!

Preseason training with @bobcatstrack is starting to heat up! Very excited about the crew of athletes who will be representing our team this year.

It’s not too late to join up! We would love to have you.

If you’re a jumper in the area come try a camp out to get a small taste of the training our team does.

Next camp is this Saturday, October 17 from 10am-12pm at Thunderbird High School.

Just a small batch of the athletes I have worked with this past year.

The progress and results speak for themselves.

If you are in the Phoenix area and are looking for a jumps coach message me. If you are looking to work more consistently and join a club message @bobcatstrack , I work with them on their horizontal jumps program.

More camp dates to come soon!

If you are a college coach looking to add jumpers on to your roster I have some athletes coming up in the next couple years that will turn heads. Keep in contact 👊
