PHOENIX, ARIZONA 🌵🔥 IT’S TIME!

I’m bringing the Sprint to Success Masterclass to Phoenix for a hands-on experience built around the same principles that helped me compete at the highest level.

We’re getting into sprint technique, the 100/200/400, physical development, race strategy, and the Merritt Mindset. This is about more than running fast. It’s about understanding the work, building confidence, and learning how to approach your craft with purpose.
