XKatedral is proud to present Echoes of Impermanence, a new full-length album by composer and musician David Granström.

Echoes of Impermanence sees Granström’s previously established strict hermetic minimalist musical topography undergo a major shift with the introduction of the electric guitar, which instigates a breaking of the sealed crystal walls of the composer’s earlier work within music of long duration and precise digital synthesis, bringing forth a riff-laden spirit previously lingering below the surface.

Echoes of Impermanence will be released on November 6th 2026. The Limited Edition CD is available for pre-order now and the opening track A Shadow Cast can be streamed on the XKatedral Bandcamp.

XKatedral is available via IDEOLOGIC ORGAN distributed by SECRETLY DISTRIBUTION

OCULUS is out now.

Originally created for Wisdome at Tekniska museet in Stockholm, the work is now released digitally both as a complete three act live album and as separate acts.

A genre crossing work moving through drone, voice, trumpet, electronics, darkness, light and physical low frequency pressure.

Featuring live performances by Lisa Montan, Theodor Kentros and Tora Thorslund, alongside pre recorded performances by Laura Michelin, Leo Svensson Sander, Nils Berg and Eva Montan.

Featuring Tomas Tranströmer’s poem Romanesque Arches as part of the composition.

OCULUS also marks the beginning of Resonant Spaces, an ongoing initiative by OONA Productions, Lisa Montan and Jonas Jansson developing site specific musical works for museums and architectural environments.

Listen carefully.
