POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been an emotional week+, feeling all the feels. Reconnecting with old friends, sharing music & stories & laughter & tears with audiences, spending time with my favourite family (joyous & loving chaos), hearing about loved ones losing their homes to wildfires, grieving all kinds of loss, heartfelt conversations, crying, picking blackberries, van-time with my 2 fave fellas, giving & receiving hugs, riding ferries, crying some more… This life is one wild ride. Heart is cracked wide open. #tourlife #music #triplebanjos #myheartwillalwaysbe

My hugest thanks to Bob Oldfield for helping me make this record, and for playing his absolutely gorgeous sounding Romero banjo on it. Click the link in my bio to check out the full EP or my other music.

Martyn Joseph delivering the politics and poetry in a house concert style performance. I can’t explain how rare it is to see a guy like this in a small environment, I’m very grateful for tonight.

Martyn Joseph tonight with my lovely wife, Katja. It’s a pretty rare thing to see an artist of his caliber and pedigree, let alone to see him in a house concert style setting. What a blessing!

Bob laid down some banjo today with this gorgeous Romero banjo. This instrument is incredible, the craftsmanship and attention to detail on every level is second to none. It costs more than a new Honda motorcycle and is worth every penny Bob spent on it. So even if my entire record somehow sucks, the banjo will not! 😉

What a fun time!! 8 shows of Broadway's 2nd longest running musical performed in Vernon, BC! What an incredible experience to play in a sold out theatre every night with these amazing musicians in the band. Thank you especially to Melina Moore for the incredible Music Direction. Thank you to the entire cast and crew of CHICAGO for making my experience working with @bigappleproductionsvernon so fantastic!! 🎺 #Chicago #allthatjazz #hatcha photo by @joshuajerridphotography
